Ike Leadership: 2024-2025

The term “leader” has been used in existence since around the 1300s, however, “leadership” has only been used since around the 1700s, and scientific research did not begin until the late twentieth century. A leader is defined as “the person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country”, but, digging a little deeper, a leader is there to “motivate teams through challenging times and guide individuals through their career progressions.”

Eisenhower's student community is run by a group of individuals that we call our ASB/Leadership. Students went through a process of essay writing, interviews, and speeches to become a part of this group. After that process, an election via Google Form was held to determine the winner of each position. However, after the results for the Senior Class and ASB officer positions came out, only two of the eight possible positions were occupied. So, another set of elections was held, this time with only essay writing and interviews. Here they are!
