Xavier Wulf: Ahead of the Game

Xavier Wulf is one of the most influential rappers in the Hip-Hop/Rap genre, but who was he prior to his success? Xavier Wulf was born Xavier Beard in Memphis/Tennessee in 1992 but wasn't initiated into music until his teen years 2011-2012, once known as Ethelwulf.

When he started producing on SoundCloud, he got Raider Klan's attention, including rappers such as SpaceGhostPurrp. He then released his mixtape with Raider Klan called Wolf Gang Rodolphe and continued to make many more with the Hip-Hop group, leaving in 2013. Then he went under more names and decided to go with Xavier Wulf.

In 2014, he dropped Blood Shore Season 1 and 2 with many positive reviews from the media and audience, with his most famous song on the second season being Psycho Pass, the most popular song he has ever released after releasing these albums. It wasn't anywhere near his end, but rather his prime.

On February 12, 2015, he dropped Tundra Boy, and on May 8, 2015, he released Project X, a whole album referencing the anime known as Initial D. The next season of Tundra Boy was released on November 26, 2016. It was another popular and massive hit proving that Xavier Wulf was a very consistent and prolific rapper of the 2010s with successful tracks “Fort woe,” “Tortuga”, and  “Hollow Be Thy Squad.”

Project X album included the Hits “Akina Speed Star,” “Wulf Takahashi,” and “Wulf of Akina” In Early 2016. On July 26,  2018, he Dropped East Memphis Maniac with streaming hits “Check it Out,” “Request Refunded,” and “Chaos Castle,” Featuring Eddy Baker, Chris Travis, and Bones. On August 10, 2018, he released the hit single “Whiplash’d,” then on October 1,  2018, he released “My Way.”Big E, Xavier Wulf, and Lil Tracy, it was at this point Xavier Wulf had lost his consistency and had released singles for the 2019 year and one ep, “BATTLE STAR X PART 1 - EP.”

In collaboration with MARCELO, he released LifeAsAMelody and Soho Freestyle. In April of 2019, Fellow rapper Young Nudy and PlayBoi Carti released a snippet of a song dubbed “Kid Cudi,” now known as “Pissy Pamper.” On July 15, 2019, Xavier Wulf Remixed the song under the name “Kid Cudi (Remix)” and, in my opinion, of my favorite songs he had ever made and started an incline in activity.

After receiving positive reviews, he made another single, “Whatever Mane,” on November 6, 2019, in collaboration with Pouya. March 2, 2020, was the release date of Brace Xavier Wulf's first album in 2 years, also in collaboration with Bones with hits “1WayTicket,” ”suffer,” “HappensToTheBestOfUs.” Twenty-two days later, he released Bennington Forest in collaboration with Idontknowjeffery.

His last album for the year2020 came out on December 20th. He released Rude Dog's “Hold Steady,” “Damn Well,” and “TROPHY BOYZ,” being the top songs on the album. After releasing three albums in a year, he was more than good. He Released three singles for the year 2021: “High Tide” featuring Samuel Ivy, “Evil Habits” by Mikey Rotten And Xavier Wulf, and “Silver Fang Wulf” by Xavier Wulf and Quintin Lamb.

As of 2022, he has released another single with Quintin Lamb: “Cars & Coffee.” Although Xavier Wulf has slowed down on music, you have to ask yourself, does he have to drop more albums and singles?  The answer is no!  After 10-11 years of hard work, he deserves a break from the rap game.

He has accomplished more than just success in music, like starting his clothing/membership store known as TheHollowSquad.com.  It contains exclusive merch, including hats, cars, vinyl, socks, t-shirts, sweaters, and much more. With the membership option, you get access to early merchandise drops, fan community, and bonuses such as Live streams, Giveaways, and sneak peeks.
