Confusion

Confusion is the inability to think as clearly or quickly as you normally do. Now knowing this, it's a brain state or a feeling that you can now identify.  Understanding that you don't think as clearly or quickly, meaning just slow or calm your brain and attempt to come at the situation from a different perspective to help relinquish those feelings of confusion.

But are there any other subconscious effects that we are not aware of?  The brain, when experiencing confusion, could make you disoriented and have a difficult time paying attention, remembering, and making decisions, lacking awareness, and sudden changes in emotion; such as, sudden agitation. In its extreme state, it's referred to as delirium.

What might be the causes of confusion?, for starters a head injury can be a factor. Decreased or blocked blood flow to the brain, infections such as brain abscess, encephalitis, meningitis, and sepsis.

These are just some things that can cause confusion and they are all on the exterior, so what might cause confusion on the internal? Well, I’d say certain thoughts, feelings, actions that you could just not understand or think about too much and it will confuse you so be aware of what this “Confusion” is and it's only temporary.
