A Series of Unfortunate Events

     The series of Unfortunate Events tv series,  originally a 13 book series written by Daniel Handler. The book series was turned into a movie called Lemony Snicket’s, a Series of Unfortunate Events, then into a Netflix original tv series in 2017.

     The show is a mystery, drama and dark comedy. The show is about the three Baudelaire orphans, Violet, Klaus, and Sunny who tragically lost their parents in a mysterious house fire. They are taken in by their supposedly closest relative who they never heard of who is actually a nemesis of their parents Count Olaf who is trying to steal their inherited fortune.

     The show continues with them escaping Count Olaf and his weird mischievous ways of trying to catch them while they find out things about their parents lives, they never knew about like their work at the VFD that was a secret organization. The series of unfortunate events is an interesting and comforting show to watch.

     This tv show is an easy watch and can definitely see the books series come to life. This is a tv show I definitely recommend. It shows the humor in the book series and the true talents of each character. Klaus and Violet show the passion of the characters and how they love building new machines and knowing so much, and how smarter they are from the adults and how they outsmart them.
