Purple Hearts: A Review

     Last week, I watched a movie called Purple Hearts, an original movie on Netflix.  I wrote an article about this movie because I like the storyline. People can relate to this storyline. Its story follows an aspiring singer-songwriter named Cassie and a Marine named Luke Morrow, who fall in love with one another despite many obstacles. 

     Luke Morrow, played by Nicholas Galitzine, is a Marine who deployed to Iraq and has life and family problems. He owes money to his former drug supplier. Cassie Salazar serves and performs with her band, The Loyal, at a bar. 
     Cassie Salazar, played by Sofia Carson, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes six months earlier. She struggled to afford insulin to stay alive; however, it is expensive, and she struggles to afford it. Therefore, Cassie and Luke decide to marry each other for the financial benefits of being in the Marines. They help each other overcome their issues.

     My opinion on this movie was pretty good; and I really liked it, and I recommend watching it.
