Kirby Returns to Dreamland Remake for the Nintendo Switch?!

Kirby Returns to Dreamland is a game made on October 24, 2011. Made by Hal Laboratory and published by Nintendo. It is a 2d platformer for the Nintendo Wii but now is going to be remade for the Nintendo switch on February 24, 2023. Just about 11 and a half years since the original game was released. This was my favorite childhood game, and I just wanted to talk about it and also tell some differences between the original and the remake. This will include slight spoilers for Kirby Returns To Dreamland so be warned. The main difference is King Dedede. His design is changed to reference his appearance in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, which I find nice since it won’t be just a “port.” Like they just put the game in without any additional content. Another difference is that there are new copy abilities and game modes for the remake.

We don’t have any information about the new copy abilities and game modes, but until then, that is also a difference. Other than that, the game is identical unless Nintendo decides to add a secret story mode. The story is about Kirby getting pieces for the Magolor ship, ince Magolor needs those pieces to fix his ship. Not going to spoil all the game itself, but it has some surprises. I would highly recommend this to people who need an easy-going game with some challenges or if they are in need of something new to play. The game, in my opinion, works best with multiplayer since you can play some minigames as well as playing the story mode itself. Overall the game itself is pretty good itself, and I would recommend it.
