What to do After High School
Throughout our 12 years studying, we always dream of being in high school and graduating, without thinking that 12th grade is the most difficult of all but also the most exciting, in which we know we can't stop doing homework because That would mean lowering your GPA and that would affect your entrance to the University, but nobody tells us that you have to have time for absolutely everything, that you have to do community service hours, get into a sport, do homework, be reviewing scholarships to which You have to apply to help you pay for school and finally comply with all your school work. No one had mentioned this part to us, in which you must decide what you want to do in the future, what you are really passionate about doing for the rest of your life, think about whether studying what you want so much will make you happy for the rest of your life, I think if what you are about to decide will give you that motivation every day to wake up with a good mood and with the energy to end the week with a good attitude. Yes, it sounds very complicated, but I don't think the key is to follow your intuition. Without thinking and without waiting I am at that point in life and many of my friends too and I am completely sure that each of us ask ourselves every day, what will we do after graduating from high school? Many of us have completely different goals, but each of them does not make us happy in our own way.
Many take us to very different paths and some others may make us meet friends or former colleagues in the future, but I believe that in any path the goal is the same, to get ahead, to succeed in whatever we want and to be happy doing what we love. It sounds like something too easy but it is the opposite, but I know for certain that each person who dreams of a better future is because they have the ability to achieve it, they just have to dare to get ahead, to be all that we have dreamed of all our life or even better. I wish that all of us who are in 12th grade would decide to go to the University or college, that would mean that we would all have a guaranteed job or maybe not like that, but it would be easier to get a job, however for economic, personal reasons or simply for not wanting to Going to school makes the easiest decision, which is to stop studying and look for a job that many times we don't like, but that's all we would get if we decided not to be in school. As part of the students who will continue studying, I would like you to see at least some school options. I know that some will have a career that interests you and you want to go, we do not lose anything just by looking and giving us ideas for the future.
To all the students who are about to leave, I wish you a lot of success in the next step and that whatever decision you make makes you happy and makes you live the life you have always wanted.
